New plants often need a little time to adjust to their new home. Give them a few days to settle before repotting or making big changes to light or watering. If they look a little droopy at first, don’t worry — they’re just adapting.
Unpack Your Plants Promptly
As soon as your plants arrive, carefully unpack them and check their condition.
Watering
Each plant has unique watering needs, but as a general rule, keep the soil evenly moist without letting it become waterlogged. Always check the top inch of soil before watering.
Lighting
Most of our plants thrive in bright, indirect sunlight. Be sure to place them in a spot that matches their specific light requirements.
Soil
Use well-draining, organic soil, and avoid peat. Our plants are grown without it, and they prefer the same for their continued health
