At Pretty Wild Plants, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders to ensure they arrive safely and in the best possible condition. Whether you’re receiving a live plant, dried herb, or handmade oil, each parcel is prepared with attention to detail and sustainability in mind.

Our packaging is eco-friendly and chosen with the environment in mind. We use biodegradable, recyclable, or reused materials wherever possible. All our plants are sent in clampacks, designed to provide maximum protection and ventilation during transit. These clampacks are made from recycled PET material with at least 90% recycled content and are fully recyclable. Our plant packaging ensures that your new green companions are protected during their journey to you, while minimizing waste and reducing our environmental impact.

We dispatch orders promptly, aiming to get your items to you as quickly as possible while ensuring that they are handled with care. Live plants are sent early out Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit, reducing the time your plants spend in packaging.

Placing an Order

• Browse our selection of live plants, dried herbs, oils, tinctures, and more. Add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout when you’re ready.
• At checkout, provide your delivery details and select your preferred payment method. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options.
• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details. If you have any special requests, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Delivery Information

• Where We Deliver: We currently deliver across the UK.
• Shipping Times: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days. For live plants, we dispatch Monday - wednesday to ensure they arrive in the best condition.
• Delivery Partners: We use Royal Mail  48hr Tracked for all our orders.

Shipping Costs: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

We take great care to ensure your plants and products arrive in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem, whether that means offering a replacement, a refund, or another solution.
