Uses
Traditionally used externally to support healthy circulation, soothe tired or heavy limbs and revitalise the skin. Nettle Leaf & Seed Oil may also be used as a restorative massage oil after physical exertion or rubbed into the lower back and legs to encourage steady, grounding energy.
Directions for use
Massage a few drops into the skin to stimulate and invigorate. Apply to tired muscles or areas of poor circulation. Can be used daily as a general restorative body oil or added to massage blends.
