Inspired by the folk herbalism movement of the 1970s, Fire Cider was popularised by herbalist Rosemary Gladstar as a potent immune-boosting vinegar infusion. Drawing from older traditions of vinegar-based remedies, it embodies the belief in food as medicine and the power of kitchen herbs to strengthen the body’s natural defences.

Organic raw unpasteurised apple cider vinegar with the mother, horseradish, chillies, onion, garlic, ginger root, turmeric root, cinnamon sticks, lemon, orange, mandarin, rosehip, rosemary, thyme, black pepper.
Vegan friendly.

Shake well before use. Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to three times a day, neat or diluted in water. Add honey or maple syrup if desired to mellow the heat. Can also be used in salad dressings, marinades, or as a fiery shot.

Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is not required.
