Organically grown Hoary Mugwort – Artemisia stelleriana in a 9cm pot. A low-growing perennial Artemisia prized for its soft, silvery-white foliage and spreading habit. Thrives in full sun and well drained soil. Exceptionally tolerant of dry conditions, poor soils, wind, and exposed positions once established. Hoary Mugwort spreads gradually to form a low mat, making it useful as a ground cover, edging plant, or companion for other sun-loving perennials. Avoid wet or waterlogged soils, particularly during winter. Ideal for gravel gardens, moon gardens, containers and sunny borders where its silvery foliage can be fully appreciated.
