Folklore

A plant of the heart in both medicine and myth, Motherwort has been linked to protection and strength. It is associated with Hera, the Greek goddess of motherhood and women, and Frigg, the Norse goddess of foresight and domestic harmony. Its Latin name, Leonurus, meaning "lion-hearted," reflects its reputation for courage and resilience.
