Sweetgrass has been traditionally used for purification, protection, and spiritual connection. It has also been used in traditional crafts such as basket weaving and cordage making.

Known as the “hair of Mother Earth” in many Indigenous North American traditions, Sweetgrass is used to invite harmony, gratitude, and connection with the spirit world.
